| Villa Miranda is a contemporary, luxury holiday villa for rent on the glorious Mediterranean island of Mallorca. The villa is situated in the quiet, upmarket residential area of Bendinat near Ses Illetes, lying to the south-west of the capital, Palma, and only 25 minutes drive from Palma airport. The glamorous marina at Portals Nous and the coves and sandy beaches are minutes away. Whether you are looking for a beach holiday, or an active time playing golf at the nearby Royal Bendinat course, sailing, diving, or relaxing with the family, there is something for everyone close to this vacation rental. The shimmering sea and intimate coves, the fragrant pines and gorse clad hillsides, the honeyed sandstone buildings set against the mountain backdrop, the rosy dawn and the seductive sunsets - what could be more enticing? This is Mallorca, and it is something special. Villa Miranda is luxury holiday accommodation for up to eight people with its own private swimming pool. For a holiday rental, the house is well equipped with top specification German appliances and quality fittings throughout. The villa is light and spacious on five levels with terraces on all sides to catch the sun and shade looking to the mountains and the sea. A compact garden surrounds the house offering privacy at the pool. Steps lead up to the front of the house. A state-of-the-art electronic zapper opens the front door to the hallway where there is a cloakroom, and the kitchen. This is fitted with top quality crafted mahogany units, oven, hob, double sink, wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Leading off is a utility area with fridges and freezers, sink and storage with a door leading out to the garden. From the kitchen, the windows open onto the covered dining terrace. Here there is an exterior kitchen with fridge-freezer and built-in barbecue. On a self-catering holiday, this is certain to be a much-used space. At night time, by candlelight, the terrace takes on a truly Mediterranean feel as the pool lights fade from sapphire to shades of indigo. Off the kitchen is the dining area. Steps go from here up to the sitting room, a light and comfortable room with satellite TV. Doors lead out onto another covered terrace, perfect in the afternoon and evening light, with views to the sea and mountains. On this level there is a twin bedded room and a double bedroom which share a bathroom. This is fitted with mahogany units, a bath with shower over, basin, bidet and WC., all top spec. Stairs lead up to the large study with WiFi internet connection and beyond that, the master bedroom with terrace looking onto the garden. There is a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an en suite bathroom with bath with shower over and fitted units as before. Steps lead from the study to a roof space housing an exercise machine and out onto the roof terrace looking past the pines to the bay; a sun-trap for sure. Leading from the hallway, downstairs there is a large studio room with double bed, small fitted kitchen, dining and sitting area. Next to this is the utility room with laundry equipment, shower, basin and WC. |
