Do You Know Your Own Marriage Issues

Every year it seems that the experts are putting together lists of marriage issues that are the most common. Even though there plenty of lists that outline the 10 top issues, a review of the four top ones should suffice. Each one should be pretty obvious when you've had a chance to read through them. More importantly, you will likely agree that these issues deserve top billing on any list.nnOf course, money takes first place; it always does. More spouses fight over money and finances than any other issue. This issue is often about control and nothing says it better than separate bank accounts. In some instances, one wants a separate account while the other is against it. What's interesting here is that experts suggest that you may not argue as much about finances if you have ready access to your own source of cash. Of course, the negative side of this comes into focus when one spouse decides to make hefty purchases without consulting the other. You would be wise to have all major purchases approved by both parties. Another factor that contributes to marriage issues about money involves lack of communication about them. This lack of regard for financial stability may even create debt troubles for the couple if they're not careful.nnNow, it isn't likely that you're thrown off by the fact that sex is a serious marriage issue. The top reason this was a problem was due to a lack of sex. The available statistics list both men and women as ranking sex as a serious issue, with men representing the great number. Even so, the point being made was that both want more sex on a regular basis. Another cause of sexual problems in the marriage was the use of pornography by men in the marriage relationship. By a large margin, men are visiting gentlemen's clubs and pornographic websites against the wishes of their wives. For those women who didn't know what their husbands were doing, but later found out, the issue became more severe.nnThe third place on the top four marriage issues was in-laws. Often, one or both spouses have families that create difficulties in the marriage. Sometimes, the behavior of in-laws can fracture families. According to figures, both women and men are guilty in this situation. In most cases, it is about the family trying to stay too involved in the couple's lives. This is just a matter of plain old nosiness. The spouse whose family is causing a problem should really ask them to distance themselves, but this doesn't really happen. The fights and the conflict get worse because one spouse won't defend the other.nnThe last of the marriage issues listed here is adultery. The numbers on adulterous affairs are staggering, which means that more people are cheating on their spouses. Generally speaking, men ranked higher. Yet, women really are not that far behind. The fourth issue is often a direct result of the sex issue mentioned earlier. Men will choose to cheat on their spouses because of poor sex life. Women decide to cheat because they're looking for the emotional support they aren't getting at home. Both sexes wind up searching for fulfillment outside the marriage and get caught in the process.nn
