Our Beloved Constitution IS Under Attack NOW!
| We the people find our treasured Constitution under attack by the very elected adminstrators that took an official oath to comply and safeguard this splendid manuscript. I consider that this is not only dereliction of duty but can be seen as treason.n nI find it tragic that so many of the people in general of the United States include such unawareness of our cherished Constitution and the Republic that is the formula for a practical government. Our founding fathers realized the shortcommings of the human mind and crafted a Constitution and kind of government with checks and balances to prevent the despotism that we are rushing towards now.nnOur selected officials representatatives understand better. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are written in very clear, precise and simple language and they understand distinctly what it stands for, and also know that they are not in keeping with the very oath of office that they avowed to uphold. This includes the members of the Supreme Court that have been specifically selected to disable the Constitution by obfuscation of its true intent.nnThe objection that times have changed does NOT mitigate the failings of human behavior that our founding fathers were mindful of such as greed, privilege, domination and others. They painstakingly created a formula to best hold in check these failings.nnnSadly, almost all of our elected representatives have been paid off by controlling entities such as banking elite influence, large corporations and other special interests. Practically every bill that is presented today has significant violations of our rights that are meant to be defended by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Our elected representatives and appointees, have no defense of their violations of oath of office and their honest word of honor "to do no harm".nnThis is not an issue of Republican or Democrat, left versus right, conservative against liberal. Today the two parties reveal just the heads and tails of the same coin that looks to have the motive to annihilate our way of life and place us (the citizens) into bondage to the debt that delights the financial interests of the few that want to master the everyone.nnIt is about time that we begin to cast out these evil doers, censure, and try for high crimes, dereliction of duty and violation of oath of office. These are just for starters. Many of them can be tried for other breaches of ethical behavior. This is not an focus of interest of Republican or Democrat, left versus right, conservative against liberal. Currently the two parties reveal just the heads and tails of the same coin that looks to have the intentionto break down our way of life and drive us (the citizens) into bondage to the debt that enthralls the financial interests of the few that want to control the everyone.nnI do not have information concerning all the solutions, none the less I realize that there are millions of likeminded people that are sick and tired of being fibbed to by the managed media, seeing their rights and liberties stolen from them as the stupid party and the evil party construct bills that are both stupid and evil.... and pass them!nnOne of the most atrocious laws on the books is the oxymoron, "The Patriots Act". This evil bill was passed under the guise of security. nnBenjamin Franklin is often quoted as saying; "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." For clarification, the reverse of Liberty is slavery.nnEvery official that backed and/or voted for this absurdity should be immediately impeached, and tried for their betrayal of oath of office. This shall definitely involve those that are no longer in office. The defense that security is more important than liberty, or they didn't grasp or read the bill doesn't hack it. They realized what they were doing and ignorance is still no excuse.nnBy the way, do not think that all of our elected public servants are dishonorable. By reviewing their voting record, you can find who is operating in the best interests of the individual. DON"T FORGET, they work for "We the People of the United States of America". We do not work for them!nnThis is too critical of a matter to try to perfect by the slow procedure of trying to vote these scum out of office. Given that the Constitution is under attack now, It's just timely to commence the process of impeachment and trials TODAY.nLet the trials begin!n |
